Good morning, dear Sirs and Madams.

 I installed Trados 2021 SR2, MultiTerm 2021 SR2 Desktop, Trados Studio 2019 SR2 and MultiTerm 2019 Desktop for My PC renewal yesterday morning. Once I deactivated my license and tried to activate on my new PC. Only I could have activated Trados 2021 on my new PC, but I could not have activated Trados Studio 2019 yet. My lisence has been included and allowed Studio 2019 Add-on. Now still I can use Multiterm 2019 but I could not been used Trados Studio 2019 SR2.

 Could you take care of this matter?

 Once Mr. Paul suggested me, but I already have installed both Trados 2021 SR2 and Trados 2019 SR2.

 How I can recover in this situation?

 I would like to ask support team again.
