Receiving error "an item with the same key has already been added" when trying to open package/file

I am unable to open a Trados Studio package/file sent by a project manager. I've already tried repairing the installation and resetting Studio (following these instructions https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039395), but this did not solve the problem. Error details:
