I just used to have a Trados 2021 Starter License, but I just bought a Freelance Plus one. I cannot enter my new License, because after I deactivate the old one, I was logged out automatically and then I cannot log in my account! It keeps saying "Web Navigation Cancelled". There's no page that I can type in my new License and I cannot use all these functions.
