Activation code failure

Hi,

I bought my Freelance license one year ago but did not activate it (health issues). I now want to do it, online, but when I enter my activation code (the one I received and that appears in my SDL account) I receive a failure message (in French: see screenshot below). Unfortunately, I do not have a "Reset license" button in my Licenses section in my SDL account.

How can I reset the activation code? Thank you.
