I can't deactivate my license online

I am writing to request to deactivate my SDL Trados Studio 2019 Freelance license. The machine it used to have been activated on is no longer available and I have no access to it due to technical issues. I've tried to deactivate the license through my SDL account several times, but every time I click on reset license, the server returns an error. I've attached a screenshot with what I get from it.
