After I had repeatedly the error "Not found" when trying to start SDL Trados Studio 2019 or 2017 I tried to reset one of the licenses, but it is not possible.
I requested an offline deactivation ticket and inserted it, but it gave out an error, telling me I should enter a ticket here.
The normal "reset license" button did not work either. What can I do? I can not open the program, nor can I reset the license.
I need to reset the license in order to install the program on a new hard disk.
