Reactivating license

Hello,

A month ago, I bought a new computer and had to installed Trados on this new device. I have been using Trados ever since with no problems and I even upgraded to SR2. However, today when I launched Trados, a window opened asking me to enter my activation code. I did, but then I got the error message saying that the activation code is not valid. My account shows that there's no expiry date with my license.
