Cannot activate again

Hi support,

 

I have a subscription license.

On beginning of Nov, You supported me about removing devices.

Thank you for your support.

And this time, similar problem happened.

A few days ago, My colleague changed the machine setting.

But after that, Trados asked me to activate again.

I didn't change the machine, just has been changed setting.

And I tried to activate again, but it didn't work.

I got an error the same as last time.

"It has been reached to maximum number of registered devices on Language Cloud account."

Error message in Trados Studio stating 'It has been reached to maximum number of registered devices on Language Cloud account.' with an OK button.

 

Could you help me again?
