Hi,
I have a computer problem (no access possible) and wanted to deactivate my license using the self-service procedure in order to continue work . However, my account only shows old licenses (up to 2014) even though we bought each and every license.
Since I need my license for Studio 2021 Freelance urgently, kindly reset it for me.
