I purchased a freelance plus plan. yesterday after reinstalled my MacBook Air paralleldesktop virtual machines, both of my Trados studios reminded me need to be activated again, but I did not deactivated in the regular way. And unfortunately my license resetting times exceed 3 times. So could you plz help me to reset all the licenses?
