I cannot enter my Professional License number

Hello,

I purchased an upgrade to SDL Studio Professional.

When I try to enter the new license number, the Freelance license is still active (although the upgrade has been successful):

When I try to deactivate the Freelance License to enter the Professional License number, I get the following error message:

Error message window stating 'Deactivation failed. Login for this product key has been restricted. Contact the system administrator for assistance.'

What can I do?
