I upgraded from Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus to Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus (26 November 2021 - Invoice number 664308).
As you see below, I don't get an actviation code for the program I purchased.
What's the problem?
I have removed the screenshot showing license code for privacy/security reasons. Thank you
