I renewed my contract in September.
I currently use Studio 2019 and according to the contract, the current license can be upgraded to Studio 2021.
However, I can't find upgradable licenses in my account.
Would you please find the solution?

Thanks for your reply. You mean "SDL Community email address" is the one I registered at my first purchase?
If so, it is "iimurayasumi@gmail.com".
I verified my account and still no indication for the upgrade for 2021.
