How can I configurate new NMT models after 2021 SR2

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN,

I updated Trados 2021 SR2 recently and I found that I couldn't configurate my NMT languages pairs. In other words, I couldn't add zh_CN>>en_US language pairs.

As you see, there is no option for me to create new language pairs. However, I found it available on languagecloud.sdl.com/.../neural-engines. Here is the picture:

So I am asking for advice on how to configurate new language pairs on language cloud so that I can continue to use NMT for CN>>US translation with Trados 2021 SR2.
