Problem with running Studio 2021 in Windows 11 on a Mac with the M1 chip

Hi! 
 My translator friend just got a new M1 Mac, with the latest version of Parallels Desktop. As Microsoft no longer offers Windows 10 as an ARM version, she had to get Windows 11 as an "insider version". She managed to install Studio 2021, but when she tries to start the program she gets the following error message: Service 'Sdl.translationStudio.API.ProjectManagement.IProjectManagement Service' could not be started. 
 Can you please help?

 Please try the below steps: 
 1. Make sure Studio (including any error messages) is closed 2. Go to the folder: C:\Users\%UserName%\Documents\Studio 2021\Projects 3. Find the file &ldquo;projects.xml&rdquo; and rename it, for example as &ldquo;projects.xml_old&rdquo; 4. Try starting Studio again
