I’ve installed the DeepL plug-in in my Trados 2021 freelance plus studio. Currently, I am using the trial licence and I am planning to purchase the DeepL Pro licence once the trial one expires (December 4, 2021).
I work from home and office, so I use the plus licence on two computers. According to DeepL’s terms and conditions, it is possible to use one licence on multiple devices, provided it is not used at a time. I work mornings on my office computer and evenings on my home laptop. However, once I create the project on one device and add the DeepL translation provider in the project translation memory, it will not open on the other. I often start translation on my office computer and want to continue translating on my home laptop. However, when I open the project on another device, I always get the notification that the translation provider has been disabled.
I´ve already contacted the DeepL provider and have been advised to reinstall and update the plug-in. I also tried loging off from my DeepL account on one computer before using the DeepL translation provider on another one. Yet, none of the above fixed the problem.
Could you please help me resolve this issue?
