Sdl.Desktop.Platform.CommandBars.IActionService could not be started
This is the error message that comes up after installing a plugin. I have followed all suggestions in the community including renaming the plugins folder, uninstalling and reinstalling, repairing etc. Nothing works. Please help asap!

Hi Sorin Perta, thanks for your reply. Yes Studio 2021 SR2. The plugin is called SDLXLIFF Compare (my client wanted me to track the changes between two different file versions) and I downloaded it from the official website so it should have worked.
