log off from VDI and log on again, cause I have to delete the desktop from connected device list

Trados Studio SR2 1 year subscription license, running on VDI Windows 10. Activation process (language cloud) works fine and I can continue working on Trados Studio, but exit from the VDI and log-on next day, I received "number of device is MAX" message (in Japanese), cause log on to trados live and remove the desktop device from my account.

Is there any way to resolve this problem?
