Dear Support

I own Trados Studio last version 2021 SR2 and Windows 10

Each time i want to open a document 2 type of errors appear as attached

I’ve done all the possible actions of Gateway to solve this problem and also uninstalled and reinstalled trados

At this moment i can’t work with Trados and i have several projects to deliver today!!!

Can you please do a webex session to see what happens.
