It is not working at all

Question

I own Trados Studio last version 2021 SR2 and Windows 10.

I have a problem with Trados: each time I try to open the files for translation I get different errors, one error with one file, another with another file.

ErrorMessage>The requested service is not available: Sdl.TranslationStudio.Api.ProjectManagement.IFilesViewService.</

ErrorMessage>Unexpected exception when initializing view part Fragment Matches

Nothing works and I am desperate with several files to translate.

This started in October, I uninstalled, I downloaded again, nothing works.

Hello Cristina Falcão 
 Please make sure that you Windows has all the updates installed. The go to: C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\SDL\SDL Trados Studio\16\Plugins\Packages\ and if you have the plugin Advanced Display Filter there delete it. Then try to stat Studio again. 
 Please don`t open multiple threads for the same problem as it is very hard keep track of what we discuss, this is the 3rd thread for the same issue. Please respond on this one from now on.
