I can't access language Cloud

I have made the purchase and received the confirmation information, however I can't use the product because I can't access the language cloud servers.Trados Studio 2021 activation screen with an error message stating 'Cannot access Language Cloud servers. Check your internet connection and firewall settings, and try again.'
