Hello,
My client contacted us yesterday because they can't use Trados Studio. They had 1 licence used with the Licence manager software on a server. Everything worked fine until they bought a 2nd one. Now They can't use the 2 licences at the same time even after the 2 are activated.
After their helpdesk session yesterday, the licence manager was installed on 1 of the computers. We uninstalled it for the moment since everything should be managed with the server and not on the user computers.
Should we reset activations or try something else that could allow the 2 licences to be used at the same time ?
