Cannot reset nor offline deactivate license

Hello,


Resetting License gives me an error (An error has occurred) and I cannot deactivate offline because I cannot get the deactivation certificate because Trados Studio 2021 thinks it has no license. Furthermore, If I try to insert the license, it thinks I already have it in use somewhere else.

Could someone of the support team please reset my newest license in order to be able to use it again?
