You can find the installation files and your licenses in your MySDL account. If you need to recover your license so it can be reactivated follow the instructions in this KB article and you can do this yourself without the help of SDL at all.
You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for SDL Trados 2007 and SDL Trados Studio 2009.
Go to KB article #4295 ( http://kb.sdl.com/kb/article?ArticleId=4295 ) and follow the instructions.

Hi Paul:
Problem is that when I initially bought Trados 2007 my e-mail account was different.
My e-mail at the time is not operative any longer, therefore I cannot retrieve any information about my SDL account, and consequently have no info
about the product.
I just have my Trados 2007 operative on another computer which I haven´t switched on for a long
time.
What other solution can you suggest?
