I can't access Studio 2021 (perpetual license) on my work laptop, I'm getting the message "License expired" and if I click "Activate" I'm told it's already in use. (It's licensed for two computers, the one I'm trying to use it on and an old one that's no longer in use.) Reset license didn't work, and I can't deactivate and reactivate it. Any help gratefully received.
Now I no longer have a license showing on my account. Please can this be restored urgently.

It seems to be an intermittent issue and it got fixed. You will be able to see license on OOS account now.

Thank you, yes I can see the license again. However I still can't reset it or use my copy of Studio 2021. I would be very grateful for help with this.
