Recently, I purchased Trados Studio 2021 Freelance after finishing the 1 month trial and it only gave me a download link with no license to activate it. When I go to my licenses in my account, it says "No data - you have no license". I also got a message saying my twelve-month subscription has started with a link to Trados live, but this is not what I have paid for. I have the receipt with me, I'm supposed to have Trados Studio 2021 and I really need this to work today.
