Hi. 

I am migrating to the new desktop.

I deactivated licence on the old desktop, installed Trados on the new one, but can't get activation code. On my SDL account, there is no active licence. 

I have to add that I upgraded to freelance 2021 from freelance 2019. I thing that I hade to upgrade licence from 2019 to 2021, but am not sure. My old desktop is still available to me, though with lot of wires switching etc.

I have 2 mail addresses connected to my  I tried both of them. There was only old 2014 licence which was not active any more, so I reset it.

Need help urgently.
