Are there any tools/or measures to get back a previous license code?
What I only want to do is reinstall the TRADOS STUDIO 2019 application because of my PC crash.

It seems that I made a mistake on procedure for TRADOS STUDIO 2019 "Reset license". I can not find the license code anymore that was exist before in my account. I am afraid I did delete the license by mistake. Or, I repeated same reset action several times during the procedure because of my mistakes, so such actions got over the limit of ban or something maybe.
