In order to have the 2021 license code in your RWS account you need to process the upgrade as described in this article: https://gateway.rws.com/csm?id=kb_article_view&sysparm_article=KB0039975

My account doesn't show the mentioned link for the upgrade from 2019 to 2021...

I`ve just checked your account and the upgrade is available to be processed. Did you click on "Your available upgrades" as described in the article?
I`m not sure to what link you`re referring to.
