I deactivated my studio 2014 license (did that offline because I did not manage to do that online). Then I logged in to my SDL account and I upgraded from 2014 to 2015.

I downdloaded the Studio 2015, but when I tried to install it, the folllowing error message appeared.

Setup has detected that the file 'C:\Users\anafl\AppData\Local\Temp\VSDB1FC.tmp\VCRedist2005SP1-KB2538242\vcredist_x86.exe' has changed since it was initially published.

See the setup log file located at 'C:\Users\anafl\AppData\Local\Temp\VSDB1FC.tmp\install.log' for more information.

Then I chatted with the robot and it game me the folllwing error code to the technical support team:

xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx
