Studio 2019 Deactivation failed

Hello,

I already contacted you in July this year (Case 00616375) about my problems with Studio 2019. I had wanted to deactivate Studio 2019 in order to reinstall Windows on my computer. Unfortunately I have had two serious operations in the meantime, and it is only now that I am attempting to set up my computer again.

Allow me to describe the problem again. This problem occurs in both my desktop computer and my notebook.

When I start Studio 2019, a window with the following text appears: “An error occurred while sending the request.” Acting on a tip from a friend, I renamed the file “…\AppData\Roaming\SDL\LanguageCloudMachineTranslation.bin” by adding _OLD to the file name. Only then was it possible to continue working with Studio 2019.

When I then try to deactivate Studio 2019, a window with the following text appears: “Deactivation failed. Revocation is either complete or revocation proof is already uploaded.”

In the correspondence conducted in July, I was advised to delete the file Studio.lic.

Can I then simply reinstall Studio 2019 and activate the licence "normally"?
