User's computer looses Trados Studio license activation at home

Dear Colleagues,

We have corporate license with 11 seats included.

Preparing the new computer for our user, I have de-activated license and could see it as available at your site.

Then I have activated it at the new laptop and it was Active and worked well.

User took laptop home and got the message that the license is not activated. I have immediately checked the site and could see license as activated (used). 

Returning back to the office everything works normally - without any actions from my side - license is activated and working well.

I have done some tests in the office, trying to connect to the external wi-fi, including mobile hotspot and public networks - license stays active all the time.

I have also changed the laptop with the fresh and clean installation of Windows - situation repeats.

At least 3 other users were easily switched to the new laptops recently and have no such problem.

I can guess, the problem is with the Internet link of the user, but it is also fairly standard - it is even the same fiber link, as one of the successful users have in the same building.

I am out of the ideas what it could be.
