Question

A tech support person solved my problem for the case number indicated above. He did it by installing SDL Trados Studio 15 remotely to overcome a problem posed by Windows 11. Today I ran in the same problem trying to install MultiTerm. I'm sure someone will have to solve the problem the same when that was used for the above case. Below is the error message, the same one encountered trying to install Studio 15 last month. Thank you in advance, Wayne.

 I think the fix was to apply the solution in this article first , and then reinstall 2015. It was a registry fix, and I'm not sure whether this will resolve a problem with Multiterm or not. Tagging Dorin Todoran in case he can shed some light on this. But in the meantime please make sure you re trying to install a compatible version of MultiTerm. I believe the correct 2015 versions are: 
 Trados Studio 2015 SR3 - 12.3.5281.10 MultiTerm 2015 SR2 - 12.2.1657.4
