You can download and install Studio on the new computer from the following link:
https://downloadcentercdn.sdl.com/TP/Trados/T2021/CUs/SR2/TradosStudio2021SR2_16.2.8.9097.exe
In order to activate the license on the new computer you need to deactivate it from the current computer from Studio > Help > Product Activation.
