Can you tell us what version you upgrade from?  Can you tell us what happens when you ty to use your TMs or old Projects?  In generally it's a good idea to complete old projects before upgrading, but TMs can be used from any version of Studio.

It is a good idea to complete old projects before upgrading, unless this is a continuous project with regular updates every two or three weeks... but thanks for the advice.

It is was simply the suggested instalation of SR2 in SDL 2021. I have been using SDL for 10+ years and I have lost all my TM since the update. When trying to open any TM older than the update, I get this message:

The update may include something your AV is picking up.  The article may contain enough useful information to help you check this.  If this isn't the problem let us know and we can take further steps to help you resolve this.

I have already tried that and I have done another repair this morning to no avail in both cases. Right now I am clueless on what else to do excpet delete the program and install it again without the SR2...

Had a remote session with the user and tried to repair the TMs with SQLite but to no avail. The TMs were beyond repair unfortunately. 
Informed customer that he can create new TMs, open the translated project in Studio, add the new TMs and run a Batch Task > Update Main Translation Memory. This way he will get some of your translations back.
