Restart Studio, reindex the translation memory in question and try again.

Thank you for your screen print, I see that you are importing several TMX files in.
What happens if you import 1 by 1? Do you mind trying and letting me know if that works?

Thank you for your clarification.
The workaround would have been to do it on a 1 by 1 basis. But as that does not seem to resolve your issue I have sent you a private message where I ask for a copy of your TM. This is so I can take a closer look at your TM and continue supporting
