Hello,
I have upgraded my 2021 SR1 to SR2. While installing, the message was: if you are reinstalling on the same computer, you do not need to deactivate Trados Studio.
Helas...
SInce hours I am trying to activate the newly installed SR2 version to no avail.
I went around in circles on how to deactivate offline. I got nowhere.
Because the activation code is still active in the version SR1, which I uninstalled already.
Therefore, thank you for activating my license asap.

BTW I was led to this page while it was suggested that I would contact technical support about this, but I see that I ended up on the community.
So may be, first of all, someone can tell me how to contact technical support.
