Have an old computer with Studio 2021 on it and just bought a new computer and installed it there too. I deactivated the license on the old computer and initially activated it on the new computer and all was well but the computer had a fault on it and had to be returned to HP. They have sent me a new box now and we are trying to do the whole thing again. My old computer is telling me that several instances of Studio are running... I am not able to deactivate it, online or offline, nothing works. Just installed the latest version of Studio on the new computer but it is only running in Trial mode.

What can I do so the new one works in full mode? Just tell me please so I can go back to working!
