Urgent - RWS Account not working, cannot upgrade any licenses

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade one of our licenses (from 2019 to 2021), and I keep receiving an error message anytime I try. This is urgent as my translator cannot work while I try to upgrade his license.

This is the error message I keep receiving:
