Trados spontaneously cannot recognized the license. License reset not working.

Hello, Today, spontaneously, my Trados software got involuntarily desactivated. In my Trados account, I see the license when I click "licences" in top bar menu. However, when click on the left pane View - All licences, I see no license - which is a weird behaviour. When I tried to re-activate the licence by copying the code from my Trados Account into my desktop software, I get the error information: "Activation failed: No licenses are currently available for the specified activation code". I tried to reset the license through my trados account, but I got another error message "An email has been sent to support to inform them of the error.Please try reloading / refreshing this page.OOS homepage" I am not talking about license upgrade. I want to have my license 2019 working again. This is really a weird behaviour of both my Trados software and Trados account website.Can you help?Thank you.
