I have Freelance 2019 Student. I purchased this in April 2019.
I've been using it without any problems up until I recently upgraded my PC. I deactivated TRADOS on my old one, and when I logged into my dashboard, I was horrified to find there was no more license. Furthermore, I didn't purchase a support plan because I am an individual freelancer and have not required those services in the years I've used the software. We're not made out of money, SDL.
I ran through some troubleshooting, and it seems I should have an upgrade, but on my dashboard, it says there are 0 available upgrades. My only conclusion is there is a bug somewhere causing this, especially judging by the other posts saying they have the same problem.
My purchase of the product is in my order history as well as my downloads.
I need this addressed ASAP as I will have officially missed a deadline! This is pretty messed up. Can someone please help me right away?
