I recently upgraded Windows 10 to Windows 11, and I changed the name of my computer to desktop instead of DESKTOP-(with a number of letters and numbers afterwards).
Now there is a dialog box that appears when I open Trados Studio 2021 saying that my license expired even though I have a perpetual license.
How can I deactivate my license online and get a new activation code?

Thank you. The support team reset my license, and I was able to reactivate it on my side.
Fine for you. But how will I get help now? Is there someone working at Trados? Only machines? Or is anybody capable of handling these problems? Any human being around that can help, please? How am I supposed to work, if your software cannot be started although I did nothing wrong? Please help!

You create a new thread of your own, explain what the problem is and what you are seeing, also tell us what version of Trados Studio you are using. Then we can convert your own thread into a support case as we have done for Peter.

To be clear: I have got exactly the same issue as described by Peter. My version is Trados 2021.
