How to deactivate 2 Studio 2017 licenses, while 2 computers are broken.

2 licenses are activated, I want to deactivate these 2 licenses.

I want to deactivate these 2 licenses, and then, want to activate these 2 licenses.

 

I am currently using “SDL Trados Studio 2017 Freelance Plus”. And I had installed Trados on two computers, but both of them are physically broken, so I can't do any translation work with Trados, and I am in a lot of trouble. Please help me! When I log in with my RWS(SDL) Account and password and check my licenses, I see that I have 2 licenses activated and I cannot deactivate them.

That's how I got to this web page in desperation. Please, could you deactivate these two licenses on your end? I would like to get my licenses back by any means possible, not just this one, as long as it is legal. Please help me!
