I purchased a new student licence on 3rd December, paid, and its not showing in the Licences Tab...

Hi.   I recently purchased a Student Licence and I can see the order in the Orders and Downloads tabs, but there is nothing shown in the Licenses tab.

All I see in the licences section is an ironically named button labeled' Translation Productivity'!

The Chatbot just takes me round in circles and is completely useless.

So I can't activate my product... please could you help urgently.
