Dear Sir, Madam,
Last year on 27/11/2020, I bought a Trados Studio 2021 Freelance license under order No 626758.
This year, I had to reset my PC to factory setting as there were an issue in it. When downloaded Trados 2021 again and tried to enter my license, it is now working.
Moreover, I am unable to reset, and even more desactivate it as it is the same computer but set to factory setting. Could you please help me with it as I should start an urgent translation project on Tuesday?
