could you please help us deactivating RWE Trados Studio 2021 Freelance Plus? The license is "stuck" on a broken computer and we need to activate it on a different computer. Could you free it up as soon as possible?

Have you tried doing it yourself first, it might be faster for you? You can do this yourself by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
