Access to support gateway unavailable - unable to deactivate GroupShare server

Hi,

We have a valid SMA contract until end of March, but I'm unable to enter a support ticket.

Our account ID is: 31374.

 

We have an issue with deactivating our GroupShare server in order to update the number of user CAL from 10 to 15 (we recently purchased 5 additional CALs and we need them urgently in production)

When I try to deactivate GroupShare license, I get the following error message:

Can someone take a look and get back to us with instructions on how to update the number of user CAL on our production server.
