Hi,
I am working for a government which has a collective licence for public servants, and the government in question does not offer offline activation. But the thing is, we often have connection problems (sometimes on the RWS side, sometimes on the government side). So, is there any way to still activate offline, considering the government actually HAS a valid licence for hundreds of users?
