I forgot to deactivate my license for Trados Studio 2014 Freelance before formatting my computer.
It seems I still have one user but I still need to deactivate it without using the software.

You can reset your own license by using the Self Service option in your MySDL account for Trados Studio 2015, 2017, 2019 and 2021.
Use this KB article ( gateway.sdl.com/.../communityknowledge ) and follow the instructions.
We'll be happy to help if you still need it after trying these steps.
