"An error has occurred" message when trying to deactivate and activate the software

Hi,

I've been using Trados for years and today it suddenly asked to do activate the software saying that my free trial is over.

I checked the activation code on the website and tried to activate the software again. But an error message said the code is not valid.

So, I tried to deactivate the code and reset the license but both of my attempts failed with the message saying "An error has occurred."

I've been trying I can do for almost a week now. Please help.
